Method of Shipping:
DVD's will be shipped via
US Postal Service.
All
orders will be shipped. No
pickups will be permitted.
Expected Ship Date
PC Graphix strives to
fulfill all orders within two
weeks of receiving your order.
Videos that receive the most
orders are processed first.
DVD
Video Return Policy
Be sure to order the correct
DVD. Since each DVD is
custom made as each order is
received, no refunds or
exchanges are available should
you order the wrong DVD.
For DVD videos, it is
very important that you provide your
DVD Player's make & model number
during checkout so that your DVD can be
produced in a format that is
compatible with your DVD Player.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL
BE ISSUED IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE
YOUR DVD PLAYER'S MAKE & MODEL
NUMBER. ALL QUALIFYING
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES MUST OCCUR
WITHIN 10 DAYS OF
RECEIVING YOUR DVD.
The customer is responsible for
paying the return shipping which
will not be reimbursed. PC
Graphix will cover the cost of
shipping out the 2nd DVD.
You
must obtain a return
authorization # (RA#) before
sending an item back for
exchange or refund. Call (803) 278-1425 or
send an
email
to obtain a RA#. Repackage the
merchandise
securely and be sure to
include a copy of your sales
receipt and a note describing
the problem with the item along
with your RA#.
No returns will be accepted
without obtaining an R.A. # .
All products returned must
be in a reusable condition.
Scratched or otherwise damaged
DVD's will not be replaced or
refunded.
