HOW TO SCHEDULE A VIDEO
TAPING SESSION
Does your child have an
upcoming event that you
would like to have
videotaped? Simply
submit a request and your
child's event will be added
to the www.QualityGiftIdeas.com
DVD inventory at no charge.
Parents can then place
pre-orders for the DVD.
Once the minimum 5 order
requirement is met, your
event will be videotaped &
produced as a DVD.

Details on How To
Schedule An Event |
- Submit your request
for a videotaping session
at least 15 days
prior to the actual event.
You may call 803.278.1425
or email your request.
There is no charge for
scheduling a videotaping
session.
- Your request must
include: event name, event
date, location, names of
teams,
start time
- Your event will be added
to the
www.QualityGiftIdeas.com
online DVD inventory.
- The Requestor will be responsible
for obtaining permission
from the event coordinator
(coach, event organizer,
etc) for PC Graphix to setup
& record the event.
- The Requestor must
notify other parents
about placing their
orders in order to meet
the 5 order minimum.
- Orders will only be
accepted online at
www.QualityGiftIdeas.com
or by mail using this
printable
mail-order form.

5 ORDER
MINIMUM
REQUIRED!
At least 5 DVD orders
must be received at least 3 days
prior to the scheduled
event. If less than 5
orders are received, the
videotaping session will be
cancelled and full refunds
will be issued.
Absolutely no
orders will be
accepted at the
event.

Additional Information
- The cost of the DVD
will be based on such
factors as location,
potential sales
forecast, type of event,
etc.
- Discounts & special
offers will be at the
sole discretion of PC
Graphix.
- Cancellation of
orders will not be
permitted 3 days prior
or less to the scheduled
event.
- Cancellation of
orders following the
event are not permitted.
- Additional orders
can be placed
immediately following
the event.
- If PC Graphix is
unable to videotape the
event for any reason
(rainout, event
cancellation, etc), full
refunds will be issued.
- PC Graphix reserves
the right to cancel any
videotaping session at
its discretion.
Full refunds will be
issued in such a
situation.
