How Long Will It Take
Till I Get My DVD? |
DVD videos which have
already been produced will
be shipped within a couple
of days of receiving your
order. Orders for
DVD's which have not yet
been produced may take 2-3
weeks as the following
criteria must be met before
a DVD is produced:
- At least five orders
for a particular DVD
must be received before
production can begin.
- The DVD's receiving
the most orders are
produced first.
To have your
DVD moved to the top of the list,
simply encourage
other parents to place their
orders now. You can
also use the "Tell A Friend"
button that appears in each
product description.
Simply click the button to send an email
containing that products
description.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- At least 5 orders
must be received before
a particular DVD will be
produced. If the
minimum requirement of 5
orders is not reached,
PC Graphix reserves the
right to cancel
any existing orders and
to issue full refunds. To
avoid such a situation,
please remind others to place
their orders early.

Any Specials Being
Offered? |
|
Yes, the
free shipping offer on
orders of 2 or more DVD's
has been extended.
FREE SHIPPING when you
order 2 or more DVD's
online! All DVD's
qualify for this free
shipping offer.
Free shipping not available
on mail orders. This
is a limited time offer and
may be discontinued at
anytime.
As an added incentive,
customers who place their
orders online will be
eligible to receive other
special discounts by email
when they become available. |
|
Why Are Mail Orders Not
Eligible For Discounts? |
|
Placing orders online is an
automated system that
ensures all information is
collected, orders are easily
tracked, discounts are
applied, shipping is
accurate and payments are
processed quickly.
Very little overhead is
required to process online
orders. In
contrast, orders received by
mail require substantial
more administrative work to
process. |
|
Will Special Edition
DVD's Be Offered Again This
Year? |
|
No special edition DVD's
will be offered. In
2003, several special
edition DVD's were produced
which contained two football
games on one DVD at special
discounted price.
Unfortunately, it took three
times as long to produce
these special edition DVD's
than it does to produce the
standard "one game per DVD".
It is not economically
feasible to produce such a
product at a discounted
rate. |
