WHY
BUY?
Why buy a Video on DVD?
I
see many camcorders at the games
so what makes me believe that
others would be willing to buy
their videos from PC Graphix?
Here are the reasons...
- Superior quality as video is
recorded, edited and output in
a pure digital format.
- A tripod mounted from a high
vantage point (e.g., above the
press box), gives you a whole
new perspective on the game!
- Missed that awesome play?
Don't worry...PC Graphix caught
every play of the game!!
- "Dead ball" time is replaced
with smooth scene transitions -
you get 30 minutes of pure
action!
- Jump right to your favorite
parts quickly with DVD
- DVD's don't wear out like video tape
- DVD's have an expected
"shelf life" of over 100 years.
Keep them for a lifetime.
- DVD's never need rewinding!!
- Custom designed interactive
DVD menu
- No upfront setup or
production fees - all you pay
for is the
DVD!
HOW
MUCH FOR A DVD?
Typically you'll find that most
DVD's on this website cost $24.95. A number of factors influence
the final cost of a DVD video.
In particular, the distance
traveled to videotape the game,
the pre-production order
commitment, the length of the
video, potential sales forecast, etc.
Now compare this high quality DVD video containing an entire game to
the cost of buying your child's sports photo.
You'll pay nearly $15 for just a
single sheet of paper containing maybe three
pictures of your child in their
uniform that
appears to have been printed on an ink jet printer.
The DVD video is an unbelievable bargain!
For less than twice the
price of your child's sports pictures, you can have an entire
football game on cutting edge DVD
Video!
HOW
MANY GAMES ARE ON EACH DVD?
Each DVD includes one full
length game.
DVD
PLAYER COMPATIBILITY
Will the DVD play in my DVD
Player? This depends on
your DVD Player. Nearly all
DVD Players made after the latter
part of 1999 will recognize either
the DVD-R, DVD+R or both formats.
If you have a DVD player that was
made prior to that time, you
should consider upgrading to a new
DVD Player as you will likely have
a compatibility issue. DVD
Player prices are at an all time
low and also capable of playing a wider range of
formats including music CDs,
MP3's, SVCD, etc.
What format will my DVD be
produce in? That depends
on your brand & model no. of DVD
player. Your brand & model
will be compared against a
compatibility list to ensure
that you receive an appropriate
format.
Will the DVD play on my
computer? As long as your
computer has a DVD player (also
referred to as a DVD-ROM), you
will be able to watch the video on
your computer. DVD-ROM's
have become quite common on
computers purchased within the
last 3 years. Since you can
adjust the size of the video
played back on your computer, be
sure not to "stretch" the video
larger than its intended viewing
size of 720 x 480 pixels as this
will degrade the video quality.
What if my DVD Player
doesn't play my DVD? You
have a number of options.
- If your DVD player is more
than a few years old,
it most likely won't recognize
either DVD format. In such
cases, you are better off
upgrading to a newer DVD
player which will recognize the
DVD as well as offer a host
of new features.
- Exchange your DVD for one in
a different format. However, you must have provided
your DVD Player brand & model
# during
checkout in order to be eligible
for this exchange. Please read
the
return policy for important
information.
- If you provided your DVD
Player brand and model #, but
neither format will play on your
DVD Player, then a full refund
will be issued.
However, if the video is
important to you, you should
consider keeping the DVD as
eventually you will purchase a
newer DVD player, a PlayStation 2
or an XBox which will play the
DVD. If you decide to return it, you
may never have the
opportunity to own it again.
Will the DVD play on my
PlayStation 2 & XBox? Yes! This is
a great option since many
already own one of these gaming
devices or plan to purchase one in
the near future. Note that the XBox requires
an optional DVD component which
must be purchased separately.
